Had a bit of a wait at check-in, which was a letdown after a long day. But the staff were super friendly, and the room was comfy enough.

High standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
The bathroom was absurdly cramped, making it nearly impossible to move around comfortably. the lack of standard amenities like a hair dryer and nightstands was unacceptable. The check-in process was painfully slow, and the receptionist seemed indifferent to our concerns.

A stylish retreat in the heart
We enjoyed a delightful stay with modern decor and impressive cleanliness. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were always ready to assist with travel plans.
There were instances of late room cleaning, which disrupted our relaxation. Minor issues like the wrong drink order also suggested a need for better attention to detail.

my stay at this so-called 'hotel' was a disaster, the bathroom was tiny, absoluteley not worth the price of 338 euros a night. The breakfast was poorly organised, with a queue for coffee—how efficient! Expect a complimentary treat after that fire alarm incident on my last day. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

The staff were incredibly supportive during my husband's illness. always checking in on us. The lounge area had a cozy vibe, perfect for unwinding after a long day exploring Dublin. The hotel was conveniently located near key attractions, making sightseeing a breeze.
The room size was on the smaller side. could be more spacious for those with larger luggage.
